Details: Very rare poster in excellent condition.  Stored flat for over 25 years. Pristine colors. Some print roller variations in the dense application of the black background, evidence of the print's artisanal production. 
Notes from the Archive: Commemorative print for The Heavy Dress Exhibition. This design includes a schematic of the exploded view of the proposal for an airline headquarters. Both the original drawing and the accompanying model (see photo of model) produced by the Matteo Thun studio were a part of the traveling exhibition. The exhibition included 9 models and 10 original airbrush drawings, along with examples of the poster and print designs. Other proposals in the exhibition included designs for a Museum of Modern Art, a Media Tower, Starhotels, World Bank Headquarters, a International Sports Tower, a Space Communications Tower, a Fashion Tower, Interpetrol Tower and a Religious Headquarters. "The Heavy Dress: A Manifesto of Architecture" exhibition was conceived by Matteo Thun and produced in Milan, Italy with work from his colleagues, Constantin Boym, Frank Clementi, Maurizion Favetta, Scott Prentice, Christopher Deam and Rich Romig. Exhibition traveled to the Austrian Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna, the Frankfurt Museum of Architecture, the Musee Des Arts Decoratifs in Montreal with additional US stops in Dallas and Chicago.
