Notes from the Archive: The exhibition concept included 9 architectural models and 10 drawings which have been "dressed" with new surface decoration to offer new possibilities for updating the urban image. Proposals in the exhibition included designs for a Museum of Modern Art, a Media Tower, Starhotels, World Bank Headquarters, a International Sports Tower, a Space Communications Tower, a Fashion Tower, Interpetrol Tower, a Airline Union Center, and a Religious Headquarters. "The Heavy Dress: A Manifesto of Architecture" exhibition was conceived by Matteo Thun and produced in Milan, Italy with work from his colleagues; Constantin Boym (note printed as Boyim on poster), Frank Clementi, Maurizion Favetta, Scott Prentice, Christopher Deam and Rich Romig. Exhibition traveled to the Austrian Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna, the Frankfurt Museum of Architecture, the Musee Des Arts Decoratifs in Montreal with additional US stops in Dallas and Chicago.
