Shipping: Free ground shipping is included in the continental U.S. (not including Hawaii and Alaska) on most purchases. Shipments generally ship in two business days upon receipt of payment. Please note when receiving your package, please check for any damage to the outer packaging and note damage on receipt from carrier. For expedited or faster delivery, please contact us for payment of additional costs. 

 

White Glove Delivery: Some items will be noted that they will require special white glove handling and delivery. These services will incur additional costs, depending on your location and level of service required. Purchases will not be shipped until any additional charges are received. You may contact us in advance or once your order has been placed and we will contact you to complete all the final delivery arrangements.

 

International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally, but will need to advise you of costs for shipping based on your location and your order. Please contact us with your shipping address and products to be purchased and we will respond quickly with all the final costs and details. Purchases will not be shipped until any additional charges are received. The Modern Archive is not responsible in any way for the international customs, duties or taxes required on any purchase.

 

Payment Options: Our preferred payment methods are using our secure credit card processing by Shopify, or by bank transfer. Additional options may be available on larger purchases by contacting connect@themodernarchive.com.

 

Returns and exchanges: The Modern Archive offers a 30 day return or exchange policy. Please contact us with your reason for return or exchange. We will furnish a return authorization number and ship to address that must be included on the outside of your package for proper credit. All returns are at the expense of the customer unless product is deemed defective. Please wrap package extremely well and insure any items over $100.00, as we cannot be responsible for damage in return shipment.

 

Estimates and appraisals: For estimates, advice, appraisals and consignment possibilities, please contact us. We work with many registered appraisers for both insurance valuations and complete appraisals and can offer advice on collecting and sales possibilities.
