Notes from the Archive: Jasper Morrison prototyped the full size version of this design for an exhibition of chairs in Japan. The original was in this terra-cotta color, and included hand-written dimensions that emphasized the shape of the chair.  Morrison's concept was for this to be a chair for contemplation and deep thoughts. "Drink trays" can be fitted into the armrests as small tables and the finish was suitable for outdoor use. Note on this 1:6 scale miniature version "drink trays" are not removable.
